Registrations, renewals, cancellations and transfers:
After registering a domain with Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd, or transferring a domain to us; domains will be automatically renewed before the date of expiry unless otherwise requested.
Domain cancellations must be requested in writing by an authorised contact for that domain either by email or post.
Domains can be transferred away from Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd at any time prior to the domain expiring. There may be a charge for this depending on how your domain(s) are currently billed and whether they are part of a package or another service. If it is a domain only, and not part of a package there will be a maximum of £10 +vat charge.
