Domain Related Terms & Conditions
Correspondence:
- All enquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, usually immediately but always within 5 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
- Domain abuse should be reported to: abuse@giraffesolutions.co.uk.

Registrations, renewals, cancellations and transfers:
- After registering a domain with Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd, or transferring a domain to us; domains will be automatically renewed before the date of expiry unless otherwise requested.
- Domain cancellations must be requested in writing by an authorised contact for that domain either by email or post.
- Domains can be transferred away from Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd at any time prior to the domain expiring. There may be a charge for this depending on how your domain(s) are currently billed and whether they are part of a package or another service. If it is a domain only, and not part of a package there will be a maximum of £10 +vat charge.
- Transfers must be requested in writing by an authorised contact for that domain either by email or post.
